Fed-X let me down!
For the first time in my career, Fed-X didn’t deliver and did not even call me to tell me that the package went to the wrong airport! I had to call them and spend 30 minutes asking them questions about where my package was….
No gyro for the helicopter!

I had a recent experience this week as well with Fed Ex. The guy came, while I was home, literally in the next room, and just hung the door tag on the door requiring a signature. Never knocked, never rang the doorbell, just hung it there. Of course that was my only day off work that I would be home to sign for it so I had to drive out to their store at the airport to pick it up…I was NOT happy.
